JULABO USA, a global leader in liquid temperature control equipment, remained open for business during the pandemic. Considered an essential business, their units were instrumental in the discovery and development of Covid-19 vaccines and treatments.

How would JULABO USA reach both end users and distributors during the shutdown? Sales reps remained grounded and could not travel for onsite visits.
